Job Duties: *Must demonstrate a strong iniative and ability to independently manage daily responsibilities.
*Coordinate MACs to align with company reconfigurations.
*Permorm manual work to build or adjust furniture systems.
*Keep online systems up to date in I-Office & CAD. *Use computer, accounting, & organizational skills to process facilities items. *Assist w/ facility management & preventative maintenance systems. *Assist w/ monitoring of bldg. systems in multiple locations.

Candidate Requirements: *HS + 2 yrs relevant experience required.
*General knowledge of real estate, furniture, & invoice processing plus knowledge of HVAC mmechanical operating systems is beneficial.
*CAD skills preferred but can be acquired. *Must be capable in use of tools, machines & equipment plus required ablility to lift (up to 75#), climb, grasp, kneel or crawl. *Excellent communication(written & oral) ,teamwork, & professionalism are critical.
